Ways to Give
There are several ways to support OLLI at FSU.
Make a Direct Gift
Give online through the FSU Foundation or make a gift by mail.
Give from an IRA
Qualified charitable distributions may allow eligible donors to make gifts directly from an IRA while receiving potential tax benefits.

Stocks, real estate, charitable gift annuities, trusts, wills, and beneficiary designations may provide additional ways to support OLLI.

Tax-Free Gifts from an IRA
If you're over 70½ and must take a Required Minimum Distribution but don't need the income, you may be able to donate directly to a qualified charity such as OLLI through an IRA Charitable Rollover or Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).
Gifts that Provide Income to Donors
Charitable Gift Annuities and Charitable Remainder Trusts may provide income to a donor or heirs while also offering potential tax benefits.
Other Assets
Donating appreciated stocks or mutual funds may provide important tax benefits. Gifts of real estate, including homes, land, or commercial property, may also be possible.
Legacy Gifts
Naming OLLI at FSU as a beneficiary in a will or trust, or as a beneficiary on investment accounts or insurance policies, can provide a meaningful way to support lifelong learning for future generations.

Donor Recognition
We are grateful for every donor who helps support OLLI at FSU. Donors may be recognized in several ways depending on their level of giving.
Early Registration for Donors
Available to members who donate $1,000 or more annually or who exceed $10,000 in lifetime giving, for as long as they remain OLLI members.
Honor Rolls
Donors may be recognized through OLLI, the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy, and/or Florida State University depending on the level of contribution.
Invitations to Donor Events
Depending on the level of giving, donors may receive invitations to special events hosted by OLLI, the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy, or Florida State University.
OLLI Garnet & Gold Donor Stickers
Donors may receive a Garnet & Gold sticker to display on their OLLI name badge as a visible expression of support for the program.
